Job Description

- To design & implement marketing programmes supporting sales acquisition targets
- Ensure cost effective deployment of visibility collaterals, signage, events & outdoors
- Providing regular competition reports (OOH / BTL / other activities)
- Monitoring of Outdoor campaigns
- Pre planning of activities to be implemented for the month
- Efficient & competitive negotiation with minimum three quote for each project
- Planning & Implementing innovative solutions analyzing competition
- Strategic planning and implementation around important occasions and special projects
- Ensure No collateral are sent into the market without approval of Brand team
- Visit market frequently explore the options being used by competitors
- Maintain proper tracking and auditing process
- Creating Pool of right vendors, bill processing and timely payments

Required Candidate profile

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDBA in Marketing/Media Communication or equivalent from good and known Institutions with 4-7 years of work experience in BTL and Print media.

Competencies:
- Good communication Skills in English & Hindi
- Confident, enthusiastic & organized about his/her product area
- Prior experience of vendor management, agency handling & briefing
- Knowledge of Brand Management, Campaign Planning / Implementation of BTL, Ground Activation, Events & Promotions, Budget Planning and Tracking
- Possesses good analytical skills
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills
- Good listener and ability to analyze marketing dynamics (through competition mapping, and research)
- Innovative, cost effective skills set required
- Multi-tasking, ability to work under pressure

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 PA.
