Job Description

- Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.
- Build network of Karbonn & Gionee brand among Retailer and Distributor and retain them
- Managing retail segment for acquisition & revenue business in territory.
- Evaluating performance & monitoring distributers sales and market activities.
- Monitoring handset sales target & actuals in the assigned territory.
- Demonstrate or explain products, methods, or services to Promoters & Team Leaders to sell them to persuade customers to purchase products or use services.
- Maintain knowledge of current offers and promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges and warranty etc.
- Work towards achieving given revenue targets on month on month basis.
- Giving and evaluating targets for assigned team and see how much is achieved.
- Ensure that promoters keep their counters neat & clean and keep items to correct shelves.
- Place special orders or call other stores or seniors to find customers desired items, if not available.
- Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for Business Development.
- Set up and arrange displays or demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers with brand/marketing collaterals (danglers, brochures, leaflets, counter branding etc.) provided.
- To ensure that promoters (ISD) demonstrate smoothly to interested customers.
- Maintain updated stock information and whenever needed place a requisition to the Reporting Manager
- Recommend product features or service improvements to company.
- Ensuring and track genuineness of Records maintained by TLs and ISD for number of customers attended by promoters & TL in their assigned counters or Territory.
- Maintain record of IMEI
- Remember the products being offered by the company with model number, features etc. Ask reporting manager in case of any training/information required.

Required Candidate profile

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in selling mobile phones and/or electronics or CDIT

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
