SIX DAYS A WEEK WORKING ENVIRONMENT (ONLY 2ND SATURDAY OFF).

Location: Okhla, Phase 1, New Delhi.
Nearest Metro station: Govind Puri or Jasola Vihar Shaheen Bagh

We are looking for a smart talent (preferably female) who has prior experience in end to end of recruitment process (Non-IT) and available immediately or within 10-15 days


Required Candidate profile

An ideal candidate must be Graduate with PG in HR having 4-6 years of experience in recruitment.

Competencies

- Basic knowledge of HR processes in an Organisation
- Prior experiences of non-IT recruitment
- Good working knowledge of various computer applications and MS Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities to handle internal and external customers
- Ability to maintain and develop relations with external agencies & employees
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- People oriented person
- Smart and enthusiastic with a drive to take initiatives
- Promote appreciation and integration of cross functional priorities and requirements

Required Candidate profile

- Coordinate with functional heads to undertake manpower planning and budgeting for their departments for middle and senior level position
- Ensure each new position has Manpower Requisition Form and its duly approved
- Develop a comprehensive recruitment and selection process to enable best job fit hiring for the company
- Develop and maintain relations with external agencies for sourcing suitable applicants for vacancies
- Screen applicants through interviews/ personality assessment tools
- Conduct interviews with functional heads for final selection of candidates
- Ensure timely completion of pre-joining, joining, induction and orientation process for new hires
- Ensure regular and timely update of new employee records
- Ensure Master of rejected candidates and candidates who didnt join are updated weekly
- Ensure compensation offered to candidates is in line with HR Policy and in compliant with various laws and regulations
- Develop effective retention strategies to minimize attrition rates
- Regularly monitor and record attrition rates
- Ensure Letter of Appointment is issued within seven days of joining
- Ensure Letter of Confirmation or Probation Extension is issued before end of probation period
- Prepare and submit fortnightly MIS of LOA, LOC etc.
- Conduct exit interviews and develop a system to incorporate the resultant feedback
- Train, develop and empower team members so that they are well equipped to fulfill current expectations and meet emerging challenges
- Manage conflicts within and outside the team and function
- Issue miscellaneous letters such as Transfer/Warning/Absconding letters
- Any other task as assigned by department head/management
- Ensure confidentiality of the candidature and information available in the department

70% Recruitment
30% Generalist role which includes conduct psychometric assessment and background verification of shortlisted candidates

Salary: INR 3,75,000 - 5,50,000 PA.
