Job Description


We are looking for a young talent (preferably female) who has prior experience in onboarding of new staff, their induction and orientation process and somebody who has been exposed to training and development environment.

An ideal candidate must be Graduate with PG in HR having 4-6 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Onboarding and Training & Development 


- Basic knowledge of HR processes in an Organisation
- Prior experiences of onboarding, induction & orientation or similar role
- Good working knowledge of various computer applications and MS Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities to handle internal and external customers
- Ability to maintain and develop relations with external agencies & employees
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- People oriented person
- Smart and enthusiastic with a drive to take initiatives
- Promote appreciation and integration of cross functional priorities and requirements

Required Candidate profile

- Support HR Head in developing New employees onboarding, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognitions and Training & Development strategies that support organizational transformation in achieving and sustaining high engagement and performance levels
- Ideating, planning and organizing of various employee engagement activities
- Ideating, planning, organizing and executing rewards and recognition programme
- Plan and design employee engagement calendar, festivities or event calendar
- Give day 1, day 30th and day 90th induction to all new employees
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) for soft skills and product training(s)
- Develop and implement relevant communications strategy and activities that contribute to raising awareness with respective audiences
- Manage the successful delivery of a range of employee engagement activities
- Ensure adherence to HR Budget for EE and R & R activities
- Identify, draft and publish highlights/achievements of the organization, regions/branches and extraordinary achievements of individuals through mails and SMS whenever needed
- Invite, Draft and review content for Jaina Times (quarterly magazine)
- Responsible for end to end activities w.r.t. employee benefits policies like birthday, gifts etc.
- Responsible to identify and recommend new gifting ideas for birthdays, anniversaries and any other such employee engagement related activities
- Responsible for festival celebration at Head Office by conducting fun activities and encouraging participation, organizing monthly or adhoc competitions
- Organise internal meetings and forums
- Plan, arrange and organize monthly employees birthday celebrations
- Preparing certificates and issuing it the participants and winners

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
