Job Description

  • - Demonstrate knowledge of Jaina group's mission, vision, values, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions and confidentiality standards
  • - Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory
  • - Manage sales activities of channel partners to generate revenue
  • - Coordinate with channel partners to create and execute business plans to meet monthly sales targets
  • - Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
  • - Educate channel partners about product portfolio, services and schemes offered
  • - Forecast on monthly basis for target of primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
  • - Ensure channel hygiene on pricing, infiltration, credit control, policy adherence & timely settlement of schemes
  • - Address channel partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • - Develop positive working relationship with channel partners to build and retain business
  • - Stay abreast with current and latest developments in market and competitor activities
  • - Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to channel partners
  • - Keep a track on Distributor and Dealers' stocks level across all running models and ensure timely replenishment of the product
  • - Maintain a monthly Pre-Journey Plan, ensure its compliance on daily basis and report outlet visits
  • - Ensure adherence to defined sales processes including Sales reporting, Target achievement reports, timely submission of expense accounts, settlement of schemes, claims, queries spending within allocated budgets etc.
  • - Any other tasks as assigned by senior

Required Candidate profile

  • - New Market Development, knowledge of geography & competition
  • - Channel expansion & distribution Management
  • - Possess good communication skills
  • - Smart and presentable
  • - Possess good persuasion and negotiation skills

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 PA.
